About Wattmore
Wattmore was built to give businesses the clarity, technical depth and long-term thinking that important energy decisions deserve.
“The market can be complicated. Our job is to make the commercial decision clear—and give advice we are prepared to stand behind.”
Wattmore is founded on over 20 years in the distribution network business—from operational, boots-on-the-ground beginnings through to Senior project engineers.
That career included developing smarter ways to identify network anomalies before they became major problems, using smart metering, voltage and current monitoring, and data to protect continuity of supply.
Today, that same disciplined approach is applied to business utility procurement: understand the evidence, spot what others may miss and recommend the contract that best serves the client—not the supplier.
No hard sell. Just an open discussion about your sites, contracts or plans.
Share a few details and we will get in touch for a straightforward introductory conversation. No pressure and no obligation.

Customer care
How to raise a concern about Wattmore's energy brokerage or consultancy services, what happens next and when independent review may be available.
We want to resolve concerns about our energy brokerage and consultancy services fairly and promptly. This procedure explains how to complain, what we will do, and when an independent review may be available.
Please send your complaint by email to complaints@wattmoreenergy.com or by post to the Complaints Team at the address shown on this page.
Please include your name, business name, contact details, the relevant supply address and account or contract reference (if known), what happened and when, any supporting documents, and the outcome you would like. You may ask someone to complain on your behalf; we may need your written authority before discussing account information with them. You can still complain if some of this information is unavailable.
We will record your complaint and acknowledge it in writing within three working days of receipt. We will review relevant records, speak to people involved where appropriate, and contact you if we need more information. We will treat you fairly and keep your information confidential, sharing it only as needed to investigate and resolve the issue.
We aim to send a written outcome within ten working days of receiving your complaint. If we need longer, we will explain why, tell you what is outstanding, and give you a date for our next update. Our outcome will explain our findings and any remedy offered, such as correcting information, an apology, or another appropriate action. If you remain unhappy, reply to the Complaints Team and explain what you think we have missed; a person who was not responsible for the original decision will review it where practicable.
If your complaint remains unresolved eight weeks after you first raised it, or we issue a final response stating that we cannot agree a resolution (a deadlock letter), you may be able to refer it to Energy Ombudsman free of charge. Its ability to review a broker complaint depends on its eligibility rules and whether the broker participates in the applicable scheme. We will identify the relevant independent redress route in our final response where one is available. You can check eligibility and raise a dispute at energyombudsman.org.
If the concern is about your energy supplier's billing, meter or supply service, please complain to the supplier directly. We can help identify the appropriate contact if your concern involves both us and the supplier.
Send concerns about how we handle your personal information to complaints@wattmoreenergy.com or the postal address above and mark them "Data protection complaint". We will acknowledge these within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
